Gluten Free Bread – Plain White
When you’re gluten-free you need a gluten-free bread recipe to keep you sane. So here’s a good one for you to try:
- 2 Cups Almond Flour
- 1/2 Cup Artisan Flour Blend
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees celsius).
Combine all wet ingredients in one bowl. Combine all dry ingredients in another bowl. Add dry ingredients to the wet bowl and mix just until dry ingredients are all wet. Spread gently into a very well-greased medium-sized loaf pan.
This bread bakes slowly and on a low temperature to prevent over-browning. Check with a knife after 45 minutes to see if knife inserted in center comes out clean. If it doesn’t, cook for up to an additional 10 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes on rack, and then loosen with a knife to dump out onto serving platter. Enjoy with your favorite spread or with butter!
